They’re responsible for the receiving and processing of payments through cash, credit cards, cheque, or debit cards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Below are some of the expected tasks you’ll be required to perform on a daily basis;
- Professional welcoming and greeting of guests to the hotel
- Handle the check-ins and check-outs of guests
- Ensure that guests have a pleasurable staying experience
- Introduce and promote hotel products to guests
- Respond to guests complaints, inquiries, and concerns
- Receiving and processing of payments
- Ensure a clean and organized front desk
